Viibeo is an AI-powered video generation platform that allows users to create, edit, and export videos for social media platforms including TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. The Service includes access to AI-generated content, voiceovers, captions, and various video editing tools.

You must create an account to use the Service. You represent that you are at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep your account credentials secure.

4. Credits and Payments

The Service operates on a credit-based system. Credits are purchased through our subscription plans or one-time purchases. All purchases are final and non-refundable unless otherwise required by law. We reserve the right to modify credit pricing at any time.

You retain ownership of content you create using Viibeo. However, you grant Viibeo a license to use your content for providing and improving the Service. AI-generated assets created by our Service are your property for commercial use.

7. API and MCP Access

API keys provided through the Service are for your personal use only. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys. We reserve the right to revoke API access at any time for violation of these terms.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.

9. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL VIIBEO BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
